Business Contact Field Chooser won't save

When I go in and customize the Contact list in BCM that's great, but it will
not stay the way I change it. When I go to another screen and come back to
the contact list, it has reverted back to the default settings. This is
ludacris.

M Harris:

Customize a view by clicking on Views, Current View, Define View. Choose
one of those (I like to make a copy of a current one and then Modify) and
the changes you make will be saved.

This did not work, I tried four times. each time I click another tab and it
goes back to the default fields.

Same here. I customize these views and they last for a bit but will always
resort back to the defaults. Super frustrating, and MS needs to fix this.

I am with the group. There is no sequence that will save the view I create
when leaving the folder for another. My views usall incorporate user-defined
fields, so I wonder if the SQL queries just ignore them.
