Business C ontact Manager

New computer, Dell won't help. Outlook 2003 was
installed with Business Contact Manager and every time I
open Outlook an error message pops up with Exception from
HRESULT: 0X80040200, THEN YOU CLICK OK. ANOTHER LARGER
POPUP APPEARS SAYING BUSINESS CONTACT MANAGER HAS AN
ERROR AND MUST CLOSE DOWN. The contents are:

EventType:BCFM P1:addin P2 comexception P3:10.2002.1 P4:
9.02711 P5nconnection P6:init P7:034954d3.

Have spent 2.5 hours today alone with dell, really need
help to resolve. Thank you

If Outlook 2003 with BCM came preinstalled on the computer, Dell is
obligated to provide support. You may have to insist on escalation of the
incident.

Unfortunately, the error you encountered doesn't match any BCM errors that
I've heard of before. Removing BCM might be the quickest solution toward
getting Outlook to work.
