Burning Streaming Media From Web

I have XP Home, does anyone know how to burn a CD, whilst
listening to streaming media such as a radio station. If
XP can't do it, what do I need ???

Total Recorder: http://www.highcriteria.com/ may be what you're looking for.
It's not freeware, though. There may be freeware alternatives- I don't
know.
