burning songs onto mp3

I got an mp3 player for Christmas, and don't know how to take songs from the
internet, or limewire Pro and put it into my mp3. Can anyone tell me how this
is done in detail so i can understand it, as i am 13

Take your MP3 file - copy it to the MP3 player in accordance with the
instructions that came with said player.
