Burning Problems

Hello- Windows will not burn CD's or DVD's even though my
drive supports DVD-R RW CD-R RW. I can upload, but not
download. It will not read the drive when I'm trying to
burn.

your post is very confusing!
what does uploading and down loading have to do with cd
burning? they are two different operations.
as to the cd/dvd burning, what burning software are you
using?

XP can not burn DVDs, only CDs and then it's limited. Didn't you
receive software with your drive? Most drives have bundled software
included such as Nero. If you have bundled software, use it instead.
