Burning PP onto disk with MP3

Does anyone out there know why that when I try to burn a
PP presentation I have created which has MP3 music on it,
only the PP will burn across. The MP3 will not copy
across with the rest of the presentation.???
 
What software are you using to burn the CD? I hope it isn't PowerPoint.
The MP3 is not embedded in the presentation; it is linked. You need to burn
both your presentation and the MP3, using your CD burning software. Don't
try to save the file to CD from PowerPoint.
