Burning Music to CD

I recently purchased a pack of 20 CD-R/Music disks. They are 80 min./700 mb.
On the back of the package it states that the storage capacity of each blank
disk is:
WMA Format/92 Kbps ---16 hrs 54 mins/253 4 min songs!!!!
MP3/128 Kbps ---12 hrs 10 mins/180 songs!!!
When I burn in Mp3 or WMA, I only get 18 to 20 songs/disc. What settings do
I need to change to achieve this huge capacity? Using XP and WMP 10.
