burning iso

Hello,

I was fortunate enough, thru the generosity of several of you, to be able
to download the iso of pricelessware. I have a copy of a shareware burning
program (nero 5) and all I can seem to do is copy either the iso image or
another image with the extension .nrg to a disk which leaves me the same as
I was before. Question: How do I get the files to disk and actually be
able to READ them. Sorry for such an ignorant question so please don't
flame me.

Thanks in advance,

Eric

When you start Nero there is probably a wizard starting automatically.
It has the title "New Compilation".
Cancel that part of the program and look for Burn Image instead.

It is in the Recorder menu.

After you have chosen that alternative you get to choose the iso file
you want to use.
Choose also to "Finalize the CD" if it is not already marked.
Then burn it.

Mount the mrg image with ImageDrive. Enable it in ControlPanel.

Download CDMage from here http://www.geocities.com/cdmage/ and install.

Now right click the ISO file and open with choose CDmage. On opening
will appear a box for you to choose image type. Choose Raw Image from
the drop down menu. Another box appears. Choose Detect. Then Choose
Save. It will save a cue file.

Now open Nero. Choose File, then Burn Image. Browse to where is your cue
file, choose it. Burn.

If what you wan't to do is emulate a cd-rom drive (aslo called VirtualCD
drive use Daemon-Tools http://www.daemon-tools.cc/portal/portal.php
