Burning files with chinese characters

Hi
Is there any programs or any ways to burn files in chinese BIG5 or HZ? I
have Nero 5.5 and MagicISO. It doesn't handle them correctly.

Nero shows ~ACD041.***
While...
MagicISO shows ?????

I am using MSI CR52 CD-RW Drive with English Windows XP with south east asia
support selected in Languages options and Default US English.

First check with the creators of those programs whether there is a patch
or other method for making it work.
