Recommend you use a formatted CD-RW (packet writing enabled). Then
you can use it as a second harddrive and able to add, delete, copy to and
from and also change the contents on the CD. If you use a CD-R it is not
erasable nor can it be changed. You can format a CD-RW in either Roxio
or Nero to create a data CD, and also use the app to burn. You state that
the information is ready burn, but you did not state what app you are using.
BTW: You can use WindowsXP to burn/copy directly to a CD-RW. Rightclick
the document using Windows Explorer and click Send To. Then you can
select Direct CD drive (probably "D" drive). This action will copy the file
to
memory and let you know that it is ready to copy to a CD. Click on the pop-up
balloon and it will list the file. On the lefthand side of window, click
copy to CD.
