Have you heard of punctuation ? It helps people understand what you're going
on about.

BTW, in English, finalise has an S, not a Z. I take you're American then !

Data CD's - recorded as what - mp3's or WMA's ?

Its worth noting that some car and personal players (old, and in some cases
modern ones) CANNOT play music "data" CD's - check the specs to see if they
can play CDR's with either mp3 or wma files on.

Cheers,
Jerry

Whew! Where does one begin? I guess for starters Thank You for
eventually answering the question which, was posted. To see that you
actually took the time out to critique the post, now that was a bonus. I am
so sorry that, reading my post without the punctuation was along the lines of
reading an encrypted message. However, bravo to you for deciphering and
figuring out just what it was that i was trying to convey. As far as the
proper way to spell finalize or finalizing, all that I did wrong was leave
out the letter "n" (and, at 4 something in the morning it could have been
much worse). After, much research into the correct spelling of that word I
am sorry to inform you that it is you that have been mistaken (we Americans
do spell it with a "z"). You can spell check it or look it up the good old
fashion way "Webster’s dictionary" but, that my dear is up to you.
Now back to the subject, as far as, the "burning" issue my data cd's are
only data cd's because, they have not finalized. They are showing up as mp3
files and all my electronics are compatible with mp3. Also, I performed a
little experiment I downloaded "real player" and actually burned a cd that
finalized today thus, allowing me to conclude that it is an issue within
media player. I prefer to use media player rather than real player but I do
not know where to go to begin to fix the problem within. I tried to
troubleshoot, but was lead to a dead end. I would really hate to uninstall
it and then reinstall being, that would cause me to loose everything, (and to
be quite honest i don't know how to make a back-up disc) So, I am hoping to
come up with another solution to my problem.
Well, in conclusion I hope that this post was a little less encrypted and
that you have a little more insight to the question at hand. Thank you again
and in advance for your future reply.
