burned cd from window me won't read on XP

older cd and new cds that i have burn do not read on my computer since i
upgrade to XP, they have infor cause they work in other computers, and when i
copy them and bring them back to my pc they still wont read

Hi,

Pickup a CD lens cleaner disk and run it on your machine. You probably have
buildup on the lens.

Ooh that cover alot of stuff, not being sarcastic.

ME has no native CD burning to begin the subject. There are myriads of CD
formats. One being udf format.
