Burn MPEG to DVD+R

Recorded show via tuner card's PVR. In mpeg format. Have problems with
Pinnacle Studio 8 "skipping" if I import, render, decode and burn. Pinnacle
also loses video/audio sync after about 15-minutes. Like to burn to DVD as
mpeg. Any suggestions on a utility to just drag and drop file to burned and
burns file "as is' to TDK DVD burner?

Hi, It would be a good idea to contact Pinnacle, seeing that Microsoft
doesn't make this software.

lol....yes, I know that Microsoft does not make the Pinnacle Studio 8. I was just looking for a utility/software program to just burn a 3.75GB mpeg file "as is" to a dvd media. Seems WindowsXP/MovieMaker does not allow this. It assumes I am trying to burn it to a CD. Thanks anyway.
