Burn CD-RW

I am using Nero InCD. CD-R's work fine. Some CD-RW's work
fine as drag and drop. Other CD-RW's do not appear and
when opening My COmputer, it opens blank and My Computer
is Not Responding. I tried a couple of different CD-RW's
and they don't work. I can't get to them to format.

Are the CDRWs that work a different brand or type than those that don't
work? Some drives are very finicky about the quality of disks being used.
