Bummed out on Outlook Out of Office Assistant

Trying to set up auto reply, but don't have "out of office
assistant" in Tools menu, nor does using Add-in Manager to
try to install it from an .ecf file work for me. I have
Outlook 2000 running on a POP3 server. Can someone give
me some help?

You can't use Out of Office Assistant unless you have an Exchange server.
