Out of office assistant

Microsoft Outlook SignatureI use pop3 with my Outlook 2002 SP3 client.

I cannot find the out of office assistant? When I look in the help section it displays that I click on tools to get to it but it's not there?

Can I only use it with Exchange Server?

Correct. The OOA exists only when using Exchange. You can emulate it,
