I've just spent over an hour trying to solve a problem with this
theme. In FP 2000 in normal and preview, the red bullets in the
sunflower theme look fine. After publishing, the red x box appears. I
reinstalled FP extensions, deleted the whole web and republished,
deleted the theme and reinstalled, etc etc, searched groups.google.com
and found a couple of other people with same problem but no answers.

The bullet file stored in _themes is sunbul1a.gif, but the file
missing from webpages (when checking right-click>properties on red x
box) is sunbul1A.gif. So I changed the filename via Cpanel.
Gnnnnnnnnnnnngggghhhh!!!!

Bullets show up fine now. But...

The spacing between the bullet and text is a bit off. In preview mode
it's fine but after publishing, most lines have no space between
bullet and text, some lines have far too much. Any suggestions to fix
this?

Obviously capitalization in filenames makes a difference - I thought
it didn't???

Case only make a difference when publishing to a Unix/Linux web host.
