I need bulk email list for marketing. could anyone tel me how to get
for free or any software which is good enuf to extract thousands of
emails from web ... ?

Quick question.... you want help sending 'bulk email'? That sounds an awful
lot like spamming to me. Maybe I'm wrong, have people opted-in for your
mailing? I'm guessing not since you want to 'extract thousands of emails
from web'. I'm thinking you might not find a lot of help here.

What's the difference?

Vince is right. If the recipients have not agreed to be apart of the mass
email then what you are doing is spamming. And will not find help here.
