Bulk deployment of printers

Our company is currently in the progress of transitioning
all the computers to print to an IP address, therefore
distributing the spooler load to each machine. I am trying
to develop a way to do this automatically.. I have chosen
to use Ghost AI Snapshot to make executables that will
install the printers to the new ports. However, it does
not work. The registry settings are changed, but I have a
feeling the printing settings are stored elsewhere. Does
anyone have an idea of how do to this (even a method
besides AI that will work)?

Wrong feeling. You have to stop the spooler service before applying
registry changes.
