Building Offline App

Where can I find information on building an offline app, where a user could
connect their laptop at the office, then take it with them. We're using
SQL2000.

It has not real to do with it, however I would look when I had your question
in the newsgroup

microsoft.public.dotnet.framework.compactframework

Not that you have a compactframework, however your problem is a problem very
much dealing with that.
