Build Numbers??

When RC1 installs, the Windows Version number (lower right of desktop) shows
Build 5600.
Shouldn't this version be "5728" ?

RC1 is build 5600. Build 5728 was only released to private beta, MSDN,
technet and a few other select groups.

No build 5728 was a seperate download that was available for a short time.
