The help file for Windows Mail, under the heading "Import, export or change
the format for contacts", states the following:
"When you convert a contact to the vCard format, it will lose any picture it
might have had and some or all of the information in the Family and Notes
tabs."
What, specifically, determines whether information will be lost from the
Family and Notes tabs? Will text beyond a certain length be truncated? Or is
this just some random and unpredictable behavior that is built into the
conversion programming?
