Windows 2000 pro sharing internet connection between 3 PCs
over an Ethernet Workgroup.

Computer hosting internet connection keeps crashing and
rebooting with stop error of

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x000000d1 (0xff755000, 0x00000002, 0x00000000,
0xed0f6f2d). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP

Apparently Microsoft have a bug fix for this problem does
any no where I can download this file?

If your referring to a hotfix what article is it? You need to call MS for
hotfixes but they are free. The customer service people are now issuing them
so it's pretty quick and easy. 1-800-936-4900.
