Bugcheck reboot error

Tom

I'm receiving the error message below on a server with Win
2000 SP3 and Citrix Metaframe XPE Feature Release 1.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0x8044f738, 0x00000000,
0x754bc11f). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in: S:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.

I've seen the error for 0x0000001e, but not with the
specific parameters in parenthesis, nor have I found an
article in the K.B. that defines the parameter fields.
Could you please help me shed some light on this?

Thanks,

Tom

Dave:

Thanks, this is great information. Is it possible to
determine which driver this error is pointing to?

You would need someone to debug the memory.dmp file for you to find the
faulting driver Tom. Thats the only concrete way to tell what is causing
this. On Citrix machines it can be a Citrix driver or a printer driver as
the most likely root cause.
