Bug : Timer for updating

I believe I found a bug when setting the time value for updating, Options,
Settings, check for updates.
By default it is set to 12am. If you change it to 12pm, it will reset back
to 12am.

Use any other time, and it will work fine: 12:30pm, 11:59am , etc.

Thanks - you are correct. This is one of a number of scheduling or date
related bugs.
