hi,

while the Real-time protection is Active, when i click to
open Microsoft AntiSpyware the program never start! it
shows the Splash SCreen with the Text "loading microsoft
SPyware" but the program never start !

Also when using 2 or 3 accounts on a Windows XP Pro the
program is confusing, it gives wrong security alrets that
are being used in one account (100% no risk) as a security
alert to another account! ie. setting the start page to
"About:Blank" in account 1 , result in an securty alert in
Account 2 ? and if the user of account 2 Blocks the action
then it results in another security alert in account 1? and
it goes on and on and on. please help thanx

Hi John,
Run the program from each users account and see if it helps to clean things
up a bit.

well that's what i'm trying to do, but first of all Main
window Would Not open, it gets stuck in the Splash Screen,
i had to reinstall and after succeeding in opening the
window once, again the problem is back! But still the
Real-Time agent works. and there is nothing i can do about
the confusion that the program creates . REAL CASE example
that happens to me is ,, when i login in account 1, anti
spyware shows an alerts, saying "program Luncher.exe is
being restricted to run from Windows policy...etc" , i
clicked "Allow" and "remember the decision" , i logged up
from that account , and logged into account 2, a security
windows appeared saying " a toolbar is being added to
Explorer, ...etc"... i allowed the decision and "Send to
SPynet" was checked. NOW i log of and login to account 1,
and AGAIN the same security alerts appears saying "program
luncher.exe is being restricted...etc" , i click allow
and.... this keeps happening, it's getting annoying now you
know!
