BUG: OpenFile dialogbox shows a non-existant file!

I downloaded an exe file with IE7 and saved on Downloads folder, as usual.
Then I delete that exe file.
Today I used IE7 and I've uploaded a file to a web site: and so OpenFile
dialogbox has been showed in order to choose a file from my hard disk, but I
discovered a bug in Windows Vista i.e. that OpenFile dialogbox shown a
non-existant file in Downloads folder i.e. that OpenFile dialogbox shown the
exe file I remove last week!!!
In fact if I go to Downloads folder that exe file is not present.
I also tried to delete that file from the OpenFile dialogbox, but the file
did't put into recycle bin, in fact it's a non-existant file...

Just a recommendation:

This sounds like an actual bug.
While the newsgroup is fun for banter and on a rare occasion actually solves
an issue, it's mostly bashing other people and rehashing what was discovered
by others to be improper installation or setup issues.

It would be better if you posted this in the MSDN Forum where trained
individuals could actually address the problem and trolls are banned.
