BUG: open/empty the recycle bin causes HDD wakes up from energy sa

When I open or empty the recycle bin in order to see the files inside it, my
secondary HDD wakes up from energy saving.

Reproduction steps:
1) delete a file from primary HDD C:\ (then it will be put in recycle bin)
2) wait until your secondary HDD D:\ goes in energy saving
3a) open the recycle bin
or
3b) empty the recycle bin
.... and the secondary HDD D:\ will wake up from energy saving

Yes, that's expected behaviour and probably the same in Windows XP. Every
drive has its own Recycled folder, and opening the Recycle Bin would wake up
all drives present to see if they have files in their Recycled folder that
need to be displayed.

windows have allways worked like that, since it has a recycle bin (win95).
note the recycle icon is the same for all hd drives, you can't expect to
wake just one, all must be checked for garbage.
