BUG? OL2007 TR Slow To Load with Live Connector

After adding in the Office Live Connector to my Outlook2007 TR install, I
notice that initial startup takes forever ... as in about 3-4 minutes or so.
The page begins to paint the Outlook display, then just an hourglass. After
that, everything seems to work fine and I have had not problems with the
connector. I do not note any performance "hit" using the connector other
than the initial startup.

Probably just a "beta" issue at this time, but I wanted to get it out in
public!!

Not a bug; it is how it works and the process needs some time.
When you load it for the first time it does an initial synch which could
take a while depending on your mailbox size and connection speed. Once
you've set up the initial cache the startup is much faster.
