Bug of Media Player in Vista RTM ?

When I use the keyboard shortcut "CTRL + Windows Key + 1 (or 2,3,4,5)", the
Media Player 11 can't rate the playing song as "1". That's OK in RC1. Is
there something wrong with the RTM?

Please help, thanks!
