Bug Check error

Can u please tell me about this problem and solution for
this problem. This is the second time i am facing the
problem as my server is High availabilty Production System.

Kindly help me to resolve the problem.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was:#
0x00000044 (0x8878d1c8, 0x00000cca, 0x00000000,
0x00000000).#
Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in:
C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.

STOP 44's are generally hardware related, that being said, if this is a
Compaq machine there is a known issue in CPQASM which is resolved in the
latest softpak from them.
