buffer overrun/yahoo browser

I have always used automatic update however the updaye the 1st week if august
evertime it ran I had to restore my PC the next time I started saying buffer
overrun/yahoo browser. So I turned off updates and it works fine, but I am
worried I will miss important updates. I have windows xp pro and have had it
for years, any suggestions that may help me would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Ross

Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware
detection programs:

Malwarebytes (MBAM): http://malwarebytes.org/
SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/

They can be uninstalled later if desired.

You know, you don't really need the Yahoo browser. The standard browser
will get you to all the same places wiht all the same choices.

What I did: Jot down or copy/paste the links you like to a file for
safekeeping and uninstall the Yahoo browser. Go to standard IE and
bookmark the links you wrote down my visiting and Adding to bookmarks.
Now you've got the same thing but not a bastardized browser.
In fact, I finally uninstalled all things Yahoo - none of it's a
requirement of any kind. It just automates a few accesses for you.

Twayne`
