buffer overrun detected

I am experiencing a problem with Outlook I get a message that says: "buffer
overrun detected outlook must close.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
 
What version of Outlook?
What is logged to the Event Viewer?
Steps to reproduce?
Applied the latest Service Pack and hotfixes already?
