btiein.dll, Download

I keep getting an error message "Unable to run
WINNT\system32\btiein.dll, Download" with every mouse
click when logged onto the internet. I went to "Task
Manager" to stop RUNDLL from running but to no avail.
Does anyone know what this is? It doesn't appear to be a
virus as a Norton scan does not recognize it.

If you search "btiein" with Google, you get hits to spyware warnings
(Huntbar).

Thanks for the Google tip - I will try it. I did try to
delete "RUNDLL", couldn't do it. Tried renaming it, still
no access allowed. Even tried to delete it in "Safe" mode
but as soon as I logged in again on Normal mode, it came
right back.

The search for btiein led me to beam.to/spybotsd which
offers shareware to fix the btiein problem. Downloaded it,
ran it and it worked!!!!
There was also quite a bit of information of Lavasoft but
their solution required several steps and manipulation of
the registry which I would rather not pass on to the users
in this company.
