I have been receiving the following on many of our systems

The user xx, has decided to block the entry bstowers.mesanetworks.net
pointing to IP address xxx.x.x.x from being added to the Windows Hosts file.

Can anyone advise who "bstowers.mesanetworks.net" is ?
