BSOD "?rql_not_less_or_equal"

I have recently been getting blue screens after boot up
with the above message. I cannot tell on my screen what
the first letter of the error message is.

At one point they were so numerous that I had to do a
repair install. It seemed to clear up for a short while,
but they are continuing. Usually after one BSOD I can
reboot and it works fine until the next reboot and it will
happen again.

I am up to date on all windows updates. Any help would be
appreciated. I cannot find any reference to this
searching the knowledge base.
