Nearly every time I start WinXP-Prof I'm getting a BSOD:

But sometimes (1 of 10) reboots the system is stable and I can work
several days until I shutdown Windows.

A new installation didn't fix this problem.

Parameter 1 is variable, but often 0x00000000.

Whis service runs at 80538160?

Any suggestions?

0x000000C5: DRIVER_CORRUPTED_EXPOOL
An attempt occurred to touch invalid memory at a process IRQL that is too
high. This is almost always caused by drivers that have corrupted the system
pool. If you've recently installed any new software, check to see if it's
properly installed; and check for updated drivers on the manufacturer's web
site.

Some articles to help troubleshoot it are given at the page and anchor
specified above. The main task would seem to be to look for a bad driver.

Services have memory mapped dynamically in a way that would not be expected
to load at the same memory address each time.

Finished dump check

It tells, that error occured in module "nt" - it's a Microsoft module???

First I thought, it must be an harderror. But it isn't. I changed nearly
everything. Interesting also: If system is stable, I can send Windows to
hibernation - and when I wake up the computer, then Windows stays
stable. The problem only occurs when shutdown and reboot - then I have
to reboot Windows again and again until it's stable...

My configuration:

Intel P4 2.6 C (800, HT)
Asus P4C-800 E Dlx.
2x 256MB Infineon PC3200
Radeon 9800
Digifire 7.1 (Crystal-Sound)
Intel-Lan
Realtek-Lan
180 GB IBM
2x 40 GB IBM as Raid-1 on ICH5-R via SATA->ATA
CDRW, DVD
Enermax 465

Thanks for Your suggestions.
