BSOD out of no where!

I keep getting a BSOD with my computer from time to time.
I have changed the following:
CPU
MotherBoard
Video Card
Ram
HDD
PSU

I have formatted numerous times but i keep getting this
BSOD.
When i check the event viewer i notice that this happens
first:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x000000c2 (0x00000007, 0x00000cd4, 0x024c0003,
0x84756da8). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini050804-01.dmp.
Event ID: 1001

and then this pops up above it:
Error code 000000c2, parameter1 00000007, parameter2
00000cd4, parameter3 024c0003, parameter4 84756da8.
Event ID: 1003

Can someone let me know what's wrong?
**In the blue screen it keeps giving me the message
"BAD_POOL_SECTOR" or something similar to that.

ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
