PC Reboots itself without warning

My windows xp home machine reboots itself all the time without warning this
is the error code I get in the system event log:

Error code 000000c2, parameter1 00000007, parameter2 00000cd4, parameter3
0468050a, parameter4 e3b02cc8.

Does anyone have an idea on how I can fix this problem?
