BSOD On Startup

Hello, I recieve this error message every time i try to normally boot
windows XP.

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
0x000000D1 (0x00000000, 0x000000FF, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

I Have tried system restore, which does not work, but i can run the
system in Safe Mode with Networking.

Anybody have any experience with this problem? Ill be checking in all
day so if you need anymore information post and ill reply. Thanks ahead
of time.
