BSOD on Install, please help

STOP 0x0000000A IRQL_NOT_LESS_EQUAL

is the message i get in the BSOD after setup has copied
files and its about to go into installing....

Can anyone elaborate on why it is doing this

I have also recieved these codes

*** STOP: OX0000007E (0X80000004, 0X804EA732, 0XF8959C98,
0XF8959998)

and

*** STOP: OX000000d1 (0X80000004, 0X804EA732, 0XF8959C98,
0XF8959998)
 
Not sure if this is your problem, but make sure you have disabled any
hardware virus protection. It could be preventing the XP install process
from updating the boot sector and resulting in the system stop. I had a
similar problem when I first tried to install.

Concentrate on the first error, the others may be a reflection from it. That
error message indicates a driver issue. Troubleshooting it can be lengthy.
Check that your hardware and the drivers for it meet the compatibility list:
