BSOD errors on startup

Dear All,

I have the following errors.. what can I do?

(1) Technical information: *** Stop: 0x0000007E (0x00000005, 0xF9E7F7DF,
0xFA2FFC58, 0xFA2FF958)

*** ACPI.SYS - Address F9E7FDF base at F9E5F000, Datestump 3d6dd69F

Also an error like this but with the file BOOTVIP.DLL too (different numbers
though I think)

(2) DRIVER_IRPL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

STOP: 0x000000D1 (xx727442FFD, 0x00000002, 0x0000000, 0xF9D3C62C)

USBPORT.SYS Address F9D3C62C base at F9D34000, Date stumps 3d6ddC32
