BSOD ATAPORT.SYS

Hey all,

I'm getting the BSOD on my laptop only when I try to get on the internet. Malwarebytes removed 2 viruses. I've cleaned the registry with CCleaner. I've ran memtest86 and everything passed. The BSOD reads -

driver irq not less or equal to
ataport.sys - address fffff88000E13074
