Yesterday, my computer went from giving me OS not found messages, to BSODs,
to Disk Read Errors, all in 5 minutes. I reinstalled windows, and that pretty
much fixed it (Note: I did not reformat my D: Partition, which has all my
non-OS data on it).

Today, it gave me a smilar BSOD, and I reinstalled Windows again. This time,
when I reinstalled Norton on it, it crashed AGAIN! Does anyone have a clue
what could be wrong, or will I have to reformat my D: partition as well?

As you appear to be determined to make it as difficult as possible for
anyone to assist you, then this http://aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm - is the
best I can do.

However, you have answered your own question - "this time, when I
reinstalled Norton on it, it crashed again" - so the answer is simple -
*DON'T* install NAV! Use a proper AVP, like AVG.
