Browsing Problem

If i direct my browser to this location, it says invalid
syntax error and " The page you are looking for might
have been removed or had its name changed."

Is there anything i can do to surf these websites?
Because, on my previous version of windows ( before i
upgraded my computer ) , i could access these websites.

Please help.
