Browsing errors - help!

Please help me solve this problem, I believe it is causing many issues with
the network here, let alone a ton of errors in event viewers all over the
network. We are in a domain environment, there is one DC for domain
"braytonlaw". I've been looking all over the internet for this problem and
having really found a good solution.

what o/s is SCANCO10. running.
if u have a pure w2k network then it should have much effect as w2k used
DNS. if u have other versions of windows then try to keep the DC or DC's as
master browser only.
disable MS on SCANCO10.

we have 2k/98Se/ couple of XP machines. problem is the master browser
changes constantly, one second its scanco10, next its some other random
computer. computers are already set to IsDomainMaster=False
