browser wont clsoe

Some times Internet Explorer will not shut. It works
perfectly but I have to go to task manager and force it
to close down.

Also quick keys eg. ctrl n (new browser) don't work
sometimes. These feature work for all other programs
though?

Check for adware, spyware, parasites. Start with:
