Browser Won't Close!!

Hello,
This has just started happening recently and I don't know why but if I go to
close it using all the standard methods it won't close. I have to do the
control/alt/delete thing.... It's a drag.
I have even gone so far as to re-install it and it does the same thing.
Any Ideas?

This is probably being caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware,
parasite)

Work through the solutions (CWShredder, Ad-aware, Spybot) at

If not caused by malware, consider disabling (for diagnostic purposes)
legitimate programs running in the background which might be interacting
with IE- security, antivirus, ad-blockers, toolbars & other add-ons, etc.
You may have to uninstall then reinstall
a program.

It was spyware! I should have guessed.
I use to do scans but stopped a while ago.
Guess I'll put it back in my routine : )
