Hi
Got a question am hoping that someone out there can help me with.

Here goes, I have a machine which is running windows 98SE recently it has
developed a small
problem. When you use the dial up networking to go online the modem grabs it
and it works however
when you open the browser it can't locate the net. You get no page available
and it doesn't matter what
website you go to.

Any ideas??

Thanks in advance

Hi Sherry,

You need to take this up in the Windows98 networking group:

Open Internet Options, click on Connections, then select LAN
Connections and clear any options there. Also on Connections select:
'Always dial my default connection' (connection should be displayed in
the box).
