browser trouble

i think my browser has been highjacked
every security move i meet comes up negative
my pc windows xp home edition is displaying safe mode
ie
MICROSOFT(R)WINDOWS XP(R)(BUILD 2600.XPSP2.030422-
1633:SERVICE PACK 1)

I CANNOT GET TO SYSTEM RESTORE WHE IT IS RUNNING IN SAFE
MODE
I HAVE TO RETURN IT TO NORMAL START

Hi, Allan. Unfortunately, you haven't provided enough information to get
help. Your post isn't very clear. What makes you think your browser is
hijacked? Can you get into Safe Mode? Can you get into Regular Mode?
Either take your machine to a good local computer repair shop (not a
BestBuy or CompUSA type of store), or if you want to get help from this
newsgroup please repost. Here are some links to help you make a good
